 My pitch 2 for Band for Band music video.

Pitch 2:  

For the second pitch, I took my friends' advice and included scenes of me dancing to the song to make it more fun and energetic. I would retain my previous ideas of getting onto a private jet, winning at tennis, and buying designer items, but I would also add in some personal and interactive moments, such as dancing. I'll be sure that my friends can help record it so that I can focus even more on performance and looking confident in front of the camera. 

 

Conversation for Pitch 2: 

This was the version of the pitch with which I excited my friends who listen to this version. They thought that it would be funny if they saw me dancing and then interacting with the camera versus only seeing "achievement" scenes. They also liked the idea of helping me film because we could get creative with the camera angles and shots. 

 

Decision for Pitch 2: 

With this in mind, I decided to go with the latter of these two pitches. This would include all the success-related scenes I originally wanted, but it also allows me to input my own personality and energy. By dancing in, I can finally show just how energetic and dynamic this video is going to be, and since my friends will help me film it, I think it will also feel more engaging. I'll edit the video myself, adding effects to make the visuals pop and align with the vibe of the song.

  Film Review   Evaluating the First Cut   By Alejandra Janeiro     After I got the first finished edit, I watched the movie carefully. The race scenes were thrilling, although some of the cuts were abrupt. The conflict scene between families was not emotive enough, and I considered adding background scores to make it more tense. Overall, the movie was turning out well but needed tweaking.
